NCI Cancer Centers Assist Hurricane-Affected Patients and Medical Centers

Cancer centers and community clinical oncology programs (CCOPs) in Louisiana and Alabama experienced varying levels of disruption as a result of Hurricane Katrina. The NCI is working with cancer centers in and around the hurricane-affected regions to coordinate support efforts. Also, cancer centers across the country have indicated their ability to provide care to displaced cancer patients. Institutions and their contact information are listed below.
