Watchful Waiting

Hormone therapy may be used for a rising PSA.
Surgery

Hormone therapy may be used before surgery to shrink the prostate.
Radiation Therapy

Hormone therapy may be used to shrink the prostate before radiation therapy and for several years after radiation.
