Biography - Jennifer Crawford
Jennifer Crawford began writing about biomedical research as an intern in the NCI's Health Communications Internship Program after realizing how much more she enjoyed reading, discussing, and writing about biomedical research than doing experiments in the lab. Her interests include basic bioscience, especially cell-signaling research, oncology clinical trials, and the application of basic science discoveries to patient treatment. Jennifer has a bachelor's degree in chemistry and a Ph.D. in biochemistry. She joined the NCI Cancer Bulletin in 2011.
