Instructions

Eligibility

Female NCI postdoctoral fellows with at least twelve months left on their fellowship appointment may apply for this program.

Review Criteria

The review committee will consider separate criteria for evaluation: personal statement, professional history, letters of recommendation from both the PI and the lab/branch chief, work environment, and special circumstances.

Procedure

  • Click the link listed below.
  • Answer the questions to the best of your ability. Pay particular attention to the personal statement which should indicate how you would benefit from this program.
  • The letters of support from your PI and lab/branch chief are a very important component of this application due to the time commitment required to maximize your benefit from the program.  Concurrence from your mentor for the time commitment should be clearly stated in the letter.
