Trial Description

Purpose:

Beclomethasone may be effective in treating patients who have graft-versus-host disease of the gastrointestinal tract.

Compassionate use of beclomethasone in treating patients who have graft-versus-host disease of the gastrointestinal tract that has not responded to previous therapy.

Eligibility:

Eligibility criteria include the following:

Final eligibility for a clinical trial is determined by the health professionals conducting the trial.

Treatment/Intervention:

Patients will receive beclomethasone by mouth four times a day for 4 weeks. One or two courses of treatment may be repeated up to four times a year.
