Alternate Title Phase II Study of Paricalcitol in Patients With Myelodysplastic Syndromes
Trial Description Paricalcitol is a form of vitamin D that may help myelodysplastic cells develop into normal bone marrow cells. Phase II trial to study the effectiveness of paricalcitol in treating patients who have myelodysplastic syndrome.
Final eligibility for a clinical trial is determined by the health professionals conducting the trial. Patients will receive paricalcitol by mouth once a day for up to 4 months.
