Trial Description

Purpose:

Gathering information about patients with chronic graft-versus-host disease who have undergone a previous donor stem cell transplant may help doctors learn more about the disease and find better methods of treatment and on-going care.

This natural history study is collecting health information from patients with chronic graft-versus-host disease who have undergone a previous donor stem cell transplant.

Eligibility:

Eligibility criteria include the following:

Final eligibility for a clinical trial is determined by the health professionals conducting the trial.

Treatment/Intervention:

Patients will undergo examinations by different specialists. They will also undergo laboratory studies that include blood sample collection and biopsies. The patient and their primary care doctor will receive the results of the examinations and treatment recommendations. Some patients will also undergo interviews and complete questionnaires by telephone and by mail every 6 months for 3 years and once a year for up to 10 years.

Some patients may undergo more blood sample collections and tissue biopsies for laboratory studies.
