Patients in group one will receive donepezil by mouth once a day and vitamin E by mouth twice a day. Patients in group two will receive placebos by mouth as in group one. Treatment may continue for at least 1 month. Quality of life will be assessed periodically. Patients will be evaluated every 3-6 months.
