- Tratamiento complementario de apoyo, inclusive el apoyo de factor de crecimiento.[1,2]
- Azacitidina-5.[3]
- Trasplante alogénico de células madre.[4,5]
Opciones de tratamiento bajo evaluación clínica:
- Decitabina.[6]
- Lenalidomida (CC-5013).[7]
- Trasplante alogénico de células madre no mieloablativo.
