The search textbox has an autosuggest feature. When you enter three or more characters, a list of up to 10 suggestions will popup under the textbox. Use the arrow keys to move through the suggestions. To select a suggestion, hit the enter key. Using the escape key closes the listbox and puts you back at the textbox. recombinant urate oxidase (ree-KOM-bih-nunt YOOR-ayt OK-sih-days)
A drug used to treat high blood levels of uric acid in patients with leukemia, lymphoma, and other types of cancer who are receiving certain types of cancer treatment. It is also being studied in the treatment of other medical conditions. Recombinant urate oxidase is a type of recombinant enzyme and a type of urate-lowering drug. Also called Elitek and rasburicase.
