HSV-1 HF10 
A non-engineered, naturally oncolytic, replication-competent spontaneous herpes simplex virus (HSV) type I mutant variant. Upon intratumoral injection, HSV1 HF10 transfects, replicates in, and lyses rapidly dividing cells such as tumor cells.
