Funded F31 Grants
The purpose of the F31 Ruth L. Kirschstein National Research Service Award is to provide support for promising doctoral candidates who will be performing dissertation research and training in basic cancer research. The award provides up to five years of nonrenewable support, including an NRSA annual stipend, a portion of the tuition, and an institutional allowance to defray awardee expenses. NRSA stipend, tuition/fees and other budgetary levels generally change annually. The grant requires a full-time (40 hr/week) commitment to mentored predoctoral research.
