Coordinating Center for Clinical Trials (CCCT)

The Coordinating Center for Clinical Trials (CCCT) plays a key role in supporting NCI’s clinical and translational research programs to advance science and patient care. For more information on clinical trials use NCIs clinical trials research page. To find an NCI-sponsored clinical trial, use our clinical trials search.

Scientific Steering Committees

Convening stakeholders to identify, evaluate and/or advise on scientific priorities across NCI’s clinical trials enterprise including: NCI’s National Clinical Trials Network (NCTN) through the disease-specific steering committees, NCI’s Experimental Therapeutics Clinical Trials Network (ETCTN) through the Investigational Drug Steering Committee (IDSC), NCI's Community Oncology Research Program (NCORP) through the cancer control steering committees and NCI's cancer imaging trials through the Clinical Imaging Steering Committee (CISC).

Clinical Trials and Translational Research Advisory Committee (CTAC)

NCI's CTAC is an external oversight committee that advises NCI leadership on ways to enhance NCI's clinical and translational research enterprises, including both intramural and extramural research.

Clinical Trials Reporting Program (CTRP)

CTRP is a comprehensive database of regularly updated information, including accrual, on all NCI-supported clinical trials.

Other Programs and Initiatives

Support for translational and health-services research as well as other activities associated with NCI clinical trials, including the Biomarker, Imaging and Quality of Life Studies Program (BIQSFP), the Cancer Clinical Investigator Team Leadership Award (CCITLA), Standardized Case Report Forms (CRFs) and Standard Terms of Agreement for Research Trial (START) clauses.

Funding Opportunities
