Added Smoking 2 as a new subsection.

Added text 3 to state that a meta-analysis of seven studies from Asia suggests that treatment of Helicobacter pylori may reduce gastric cancer risk and added statistics (cited Fuccio et al. as reference 5).

Added text 4 to the Study Design about randomized controlled trials of H. pylori eradication.

Added text 4 to the Magnitude of Effects on Health Outcomes to state that the risk of cancer may be reduced, and the effect on cancer mortality is not known.
