Description of the Evidence

Updated statistics with estimated new cases and deaths for 2015 (cited American Cancer Society as reference 1 and Howlader et al. as reference 2).

Revised text to state that from 2007 to 2011, incidence rates increased by 1.3% per year in white men and were stable in women. Also added text to state that among blacks, incidence rates declined by 3.0% per year in men and by 1.4% per year in women.
