Added text to state that age may not be a survival factor and that recent reviews and case studies have shown equal survival for patients older than 65 years if they are treated regardless of age (cited Filippini et al. as reference 1, Chiocca as reference 2, Barnholtz-Sloan et al. as reference 3, and Combs et al. as reference 4).
