Added text to state that in a retrospective review, children younger than 1 year with low-grade glioma demonstrated an inferior progression-free survival compared with children aged 1 year and older (cited Mirow et al. as reference 19).
Revised text to state that antitumor activity has also been observed for bevacizumab given in combination with irinotecan, which, in some cases, also results in clinical or visual improvement (cited Avery et al. as reference 65).
