Current Clinical Trials

Standard treatment options:

  • Supportive care, including growth factor support.[1,2].
  • 5-azacitidine.[3]
  • Allogeneic stem cell transplantation.[4,5]

Treatment options under clinical evaluation:

  • Decitabine.[6]
  • Lenalidomide (CC-5013).[7]
  • Nonmyeloablative allogeneic stem cell transplantation.
