Constipation 1

Added text 2 to state that for children, the number of grams of fiber per day should equal age plus 5, until age 18 years; at that time, the adult recommendations should be followed.

Added text 3 to state that a study of prolonged-released naloxone in an oxycodone:naloxone ratio of 2:1 (average results of 40:20 mg, 60:30 mg, and 80:40 mg oxycodone:naloxone combination relative to placebo) demonstrated improved bowel function without reversal of analgesia (cited Meissner et al. as reference 8).
