APN401 in Treating Patients with Recurrent or Metastatic Pancreatic Cancer, Colorectal Cancer, or Other Solid Tumors That Cannot Be Removed by Surgery

Trial Status: complete

This phase I trial studies the side effects and best dose of small interfering ribonucleic acid (siRNA)-transfected peripheral blood mononuclear cells APN401 (APN401) in treating patients with pancreatic cancer, colorectal cancer, or other solid tumors that have spread to other places in the body or have come back. APN401 may stop the growth of tumor cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth.
