Palbociclib, Everolimus, and Exemestane in Treating Patients with Estrogen Receptor Positive and HER2 Negative Metastatic Breast Cancer

Trial Status: complete

This phase Ib/IIa trial studies the side effects and best dose of palbociclib and everolimus and how well they work when given together with exemestane in treating patients with estrogen receptor positive and human epidermal growth factor receptor 2 (HER2) negative breast cancer that has spread to other places in the body (metastatic). Palbociclib, everolimus, and exemestane may stop the growth of tumor cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth.
