This pilot clinical trial studies how well text or voice messages work in improving physical activity in cancer survivors. Physical activity may protect from cancer and may even reduce the risk of cancer recurrence. New technology, such as text and voice messages, may help cancer survivors to become more active.

PRIMARY OBJECTIVES:
I. To test which of the technology intervention will results in increasing physical activities (10 thousand [k] steps per day) among cancer survivors in Baltimore Maryland (MD).
II. To test if patients prefer voice interaction over text messages.
OUTLINE: Patients are randomized into 1 of 3 arms.
ARM I: Patients wear Fitbit and continue self-driven physical activities with the aim to reach 10,000 steps/day over 4 weeks.
ARM II: Patients wear Fitbit, do physical activities, and receive text messages about aiming to reach 10,000 steps/day over 4 weeks.
ARM III: Patients wear Fitbit, do physical activities, and receive voices messages from Alexa Echo speaker about aiming to reach 10,000 steps/day over 4 weeks.
