Vincristine Sulfate and Bleomycin Sulfate in Evaluating Quality of Life in Patients with AIDS-Associated Kaposi Sarcoma

Trial Status: complete

This pilot phase I trial studies how well vincristine sulfate and bleomycin sulfate work in evaluating quality of life in patients with acquired immunodeficiency syndrome (AIDS)-associated Kaposi sarcoma. Drugs used in chemotherapy, such as vincristine sulfate and bleomycin sulfate, work in different ways to stop the growth of tumor cells, either by killing the cells, by stopping them from dividing, or by stopping them from spreading.
