M7824 in Treating Patients with Metastatic or Unresectable Color or Rectal Cancer with Microsatellite Instability

Trial Status: administratively complete

This phase Ib/II trial studies how well bintrafusp alfa (M7824) works in treating patients with colorectal cancer that has spread to other places in the body or cannot be removed by surgery with microsatellite instability. Immunotherapy with monoclonal antibodies, such as M7824, may help the body’s immune system attack the cancer, and may interfere with the ability of tumor cells to grow and spread.
