Dostarlimab and Radiation for the Treatment of Stage I-II Endometrial Cancer

Trial Status: closed to accrual

This phase I trial studies the side effects of dostarlimab and radiation in treating stage I-II endometrial cancer. Immunotherapy with dostarlimab, may induce changes in body’s immune system and may interfere with the ability of tumor cells to grow and spread. Brachytherapy, also known as internal radiation therapy, uses radioactive material placed directly into or near a tumor to kill tumor cells. Giving dostarlimab in combination with radiation therapy may work better in treating patients with endometrial cancer compared to radiation therapy alone.
