This trial establishes and maintains a registry of patients and their family members who have pancreatic diseases and may be at increased risk of developing pancreatic cancer. Knowledge of how family history, environmental exposures, and inflammatory lesion of the pancreas contribute to the development of pancreatic cancer and pancreatic diseases is essential. Clinical data and biological samples data contained in this registry may be used to conduct research related to the cause, diagnosis, outcome, and treatment of pancreatic cancer and pancreatic diseases.

PRIMARY OBJECTIVES:
I. Establish and maintain a registry of individuals and their family members who have pancreatic diseases and may be at increased risk of developing pancreatic cancer over normal population risk.
II. Collect data and review existing data on personal and family histories, demographics, risk factors, and health behaviors.
III. Use the data in the registry to conduct studies related to disease risk, prevention, and prognosis of pancreatic cancer and other pancreatic diseases.
IV. Collect and bank specimens for serum, deoxyribonucleic acid (DNA) and plasma from subjects that are amenable to conduct related studies to evaluate for genetic and biomarkers that could assist in early detection of pancreas cancer in high risk individuals.
OUTLINE:
Patients complete interview over 10-15 minutes. Patients complete questionnaires and have their medical charts reviewed every 6 months. Patients may also undergo collection of blood samples.
