This study collects health information from patients with multiple endocrine neoplasia (MEN)1 and MEN2 and their family members at The University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center. This registry study may significantly contribute to the existing database which was originally generated using outdated retrospective data gathered using a medical chart review process.

PRIMARY OBJECTIVE:
I. To contribute new and prospective data to our existing database library for patients with MEN1 and MEN2 at The University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center.
OUTLINE:
Participants and their family members take part in an interview and have their medical records reviewed.
