This clinical trial collects information on barriers and facilitators to colorectal cancer screening in community health centers (CHCs). CHCs have colorectal cancer screening rates that fall short of the national average and increasing rates of colorectal cancer among adults in their late 40s and early 50s suggests that increasing screening at age 50 needs to be a priority. However, CHCs face many unique challenges to colorectal cancer screening. Collecting information on the barriers and facilitators to colorectal cancer screening in CHCs may help researchers develop solutions for increasing screening rates.

PRIMARY OBJECTIVES:
I. Describe the demographics of the populations aged 45-49, 50-54, and over 55 to understand baseline screening needs and disparities.
II. Perform focus groups of key personnel to identify barriers and facilitators to screening promptly at age 50 in 4 different health centers with uniquely diverse populations.
III. Develop and test intervention components to anticipate and address barriers and facilitators at the systems-level using rapid cycle methods.
OUTLINE:
AIM 2: Participants attend focus group on study.
AIM 3: CHCs undergo testing of two implementation strategies over 4 months on study.
