This study aims to look at the changes in the genes found in normal tissue and cancer tissue in people of African descent that have breast and prostate cancers.

PRIMARY OBJECTIVE:
I. Molecularly characterize genomic changes in the African cancer genomes of the breast and prostate.
OUTLINE: This is an observational study.
Patients undergo blood and saliva sample collection, and complete questionnaires on study.
