This clinical trial evaluates whether prehabilitation with exercise and nutritional support improves clinical outcomes in patients undergoing bladder removal surgery (cystectomy). Prehabilitation refers to a set of interventions meant to prepare the body physically and nutritionally for the cystectomy procedure. Prehabilitation with exercise and nutrition may optimize patient recovery after surgery and result in improved clinical outcomes.

PRIMARY OBJECTIVE:
I. To determine how feasible it would be for cystectomy eligible patients to undergo the prehabilitation program.
SECONDARY OBJECTIVES:
I. To create a video based prehabilitation program.
II. To identify facilitators and barriers to prehabilitation participation by interviewing past patient and leveraging a mixed methods approach.
III. To test our ability to measure the impact of prehabilitation on the following clinical outcomes:
IIIa. Total days hospitalized within 30-days of surgery;
IIIb. Length of stay;
IIIc. Minor and major complications;
IIId. Discharge disposition;
IIIe. Readmissions.
IV. To examine the feasibility of being able to have patients complete the following study sections:
IVa. Nutritional program prior to cystectomy;
IVb. Clinical assessment of nutritional status in cystectomy patients;
IVc. Nutritional counseling for patients undergoing cystectomy.
OUTLINE:
Patients receive the virtual exercise training intervention, nutritional support from a dietician, and nutrition supplementation shakes on study.
