This study is being done to investigate whether screening for bladder cancer with a commonly available urinalysis (UA) and novel urine marker testing results in the detection of early stage bladder cancer.

PRIMARY OBJECTIVE:
I. To investigate the rates of bladder cancer detection among screened at-risk patients.
OUTLINE: This is an observational study.
Patients undergo urine sample collection on study. Patients with 3-25 red blood cells per high powered fields in the urine are referred to undergo cystoscopy or urine marker cancer testing on study. Patients' medical records are reviewed. Patients may also undergo ultrasound or computed tomography scans
