The purpose of this study is to see if it is possible to combine ultrasound and MRI pictures together using Artemis software that has been adapted for female pelvis images for use in image-guided brachytherapy.

PRIMARY OBJECTIVE:
I. To utilize transrectal ultrasound (TRUS) images of the intact and post-hysterectomy female pelvis in order to provide feasibility information for a magnetic resonance imaging (MRI)-TRUS fusion based three-dimensional (3D) needle navigation system for use in image guided brachytherapy.
OUTLINE: This is an observational study.
Patients undergo SOC 3D TRUS and have their medical records reviewed on study.
