PRIMARY OBJECTIVES:
I. To discover candidate cell-free and exosomal-miRNA biomarkers using small RNA-Seq plasma and leftover tumor tissue from patients with CRC, HCC, GC, and EC.
II. To develop a cell-free and exosomal-miRNA biomarker panel that distinguishes patients with CRC, HCC, GC, and EC from those without.
OUTLINE: This is an observational study.
Patients undergo blood and leftover tumor tissue sample collection and have medical records reviewed on study.
