PRIMARY OBJECTIVE:
I. Determine the image features of cervical cells, as measured via deep ultraviolet microscopy, that would constitute a positive screening and a negative screening result for cervical dysplasia, as measured against liquid-based Papanicolaou testing.
OUTLINE: This is an observational study. Patients are assigned to 1 of 2 groups.
GROUP I: Patients undergo Pap smear and medical record review on study.
GROUP II: Patients undergo colposcopy and medical record review on study.
