PRIMARY OBJECTIVES:
I. To directly compare the disease characteristics at diagnosis, quality of life (QOL), recurrence and survival in prostate cancer patients, stratified by treatment type, race/ethnicity, urban/rural residence, and other sociodemographic characteristics.
II. Study healthcare utilization in prostate cancer patients among different treatment options.
III. To assess post-treatment survivorship care (including primary/preventive care and cancer monitoring) in prostate cancer survivors.
OUTLINE: This is an observational study.
Participants complete surveys and have their medical records reviewed on study.
