Tazemetostat for the Treatment of Patients with Relapsed or Refractory Peripheral T-cell Lymphoma

This phase I trial tests the safety, side effects, and best dose of of tazemetostat in treating patients with peripheral t-cell lymphoma that has come back after a period of improvement (relapsed) or that has not responded to previous treatment (refractory). Tazemetostat may stop the growth of cancer cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth. Giving tazemetostat may be safe, tolerable and/or effective in treating patients with relapsed or refractory follicular lymphoma.
