This study is being done to evaluate the role of quantitative Magnetic Resonance (MR) imaging and blood-based biomarkers to measure liver function in patients receiving radiation therapy for liver cancer or cancer that has spread to the liver.

PRIMARY OBJECTIVE:
I. To demonstrate the feasibility of using quantitative multiparametric MRI in patients receiving radiation therapy for liver cancer.
OUTLINE: This is an observational study.
Patients undergo standard of care liver radiation therapy, MRI scans, collection of blood samples, complete questionnaires, and have their medical records reviewed throughout the study. Patients may optionally receive oral d4-cholate and undergo additional imaging with HepQuant DuO testing and blood and urine collection prior to and after starting therapy.
