This study develops a patient decision aid, which helps provide information about medullary thyroid cancer and can help individuals when they are trying to make decisions about their treatment plans. It will gather feedback from patients, survivors, caregivers, and family members to make sure that it's understandable.

PRIMARY OBJECTIVES:
I. To co-develop a culturally-adapted educational tool for the Latino/Latina MTC population using the previously developed MTCEducate.org as a framework. (Phase 1)
II. To test, refine, and produce a culturally adapted educational prototype and is intended to assess participants’ understanding after reviewing the decision aid as part of the iterative testing and refinement process. (Phase 2)
OUTLINE: This is an observational study. Participants are assigned to 1 of 2 phases.
PHASE 2: Participants complete cognitive interviews on study.
PHASE 3: Participants complete an acceptability survey on study.
