PRIMARY OBJECTIVES:
I. Describe the physical and mental health conditions among ovarian cancer survivors that affect quality of life and detail pharmacologic and non-pharmacologic interventions utilized to manage these conditions.
II. Identify barriers and facilitators to accessing and receiving standard clinical and supportive care among ovarian cancer survivors.
III. Describe the unmet needs of ovarian cancer survivors and identify associated risk and protective factors related to the number and types of unmet needs.
OUTLINE: This is an observational study.
Patients complete a survey and may optionally participate in a one-on-one interview on study.
