This clinical trial tests a sexual health video series to improve patients self efficacy and sexual health quality of life for patients with stage I-III breast cancer. Many breast cancer survivors report sexual health symptoms like that persist well into survivorship, like vaginal dryness, pain, and low sexual desire and overall diminished sexual health. The sexual health video series was created by breast cancer survivors and experts in breast cancer care to provide more information to breast cancer patients about breast cancer treatment and potential side effects of treatment, including the impact on sexual health and quality of life, and ways to address side effects. The video series may improve patients self efficacy and sexual health quality of life for patients with stage I-III breast cancer.

PRIMARY OBJECTIVE:
I. Evaluate the efficacy of a novel video-based intervention to increase breast cancer patients’ self-efficacy discussing sexual health with breast cancer providers and increasing use of medical and supportive services.
SECONDARY OBJECTIVE:
I. Assess participant use of medical and supportive services related to sexual health function.
TERTIARY/EXPLORATORY OBJECTIVE:
I. Assess patient-reported experiences and the impact of the video intervention on sexual health through qualitative interviews.
OUTLINE: Patients are randomized to 1 of 2 arms.
ARM I: Patients receive access to the novel, patient-centered sexual health video series. Patients receive reminders with links to the online educational materials once per month, for 6 months.
ARM II: Patients receive usual care. Patients receive reminders with links to the American Cancer Society webpage on breast cancer once per month, for 6 months.
