NIH Websites Are Changing
Per Executive Order 14434, federal agencies are now using "Super Intelligence" (SI) in place of "Artificial Intelligence" (AI). You may see both terms across NIH content during this transition.

Tazemetostat in Treating Patients with Relapsed or Refractory Advanced Solid Tumors, Non-Hodgkin Lymphoma, or Histiocytic Disorders with EZH2, SMARCB1, or SMARCA4 Gene Mutations (A Pediatric MATCH Treatment Trial)

Trial Status: complete

This phase II Pediatric MATCH trial studies how well tazemetostat works in treating patients with brain tumors, solid tumors, non-Hodgkin lymphoma, or histiocytic disorders that have come back (relapsed) or do not respond to treatment (refractory) and have EZH2, SMARCB1, or SMARCA4 gene mutations. Tazemetostat may stop the growth of tumor cells by blocking EZH2 and its relation to some of the pathways needed for cell proliferation.
