This research trial studies cancer surgery registry in patients with solid tumors undergoing surgery. Collecting data on patients undergoing surgery for cancer may help doctors determine if the cancer comes back.

PRIMARY OBJECTIVES:
I. To collect prospective data on cancer patients who undergo surgery. The registry will include (but not limited to) cancer type, stage, intraoperative challenges to the surgeon, and recurrence surveillance.
OUTLINE:
Patients undergoing surgery are monitored for cancer recurrence, survival and/or cause of death for 10 years.
