Regorafenib, Fluorouracil, and Leucovorin in Treating Patients with Metastatic and Refractory Colorectal Cancer

Trial Status: administratively complete

This phase II trial studies how well regorafenib, fluorouracil, and leucovorin work in treating patients with colorectal cancer that has spread to other places in the body (metastatic) and does not respond to treatment (refractory). Drugs used in chemotherapy, such as regorafenib, fluorouracil, and leucovorin, work in different ways to stop the growth of tumor cells, either by killing the cells, by stopping them from dividing, or by stopping them from spreading.
