This randomized pilot clinical trial studies how well acupressure works in decreasing cancer-related fatigue in stage 0-IV breast cancer survivors. Self-management of cancer-related fatigue using non-pharmacological approaches such as acupressure may alleviate stress and boosting energy.

PRIMARY OBJECTIVES:
I. Examine the impact of acupressure on fatigue.
SECONDARY OBJECTIVES:
I. Examine the impact of acupressure on physical functioning and other quality of life outcomes in Chinese immigrant survivors.
OUTLINE: Patients are randomized into 1 of 2 groups.
GROUP I: Patients watch an introduction video over 11 minutes. Patients then press three acupoints (1 minute per acupoint) on both sides of the body every day for a total of 6 minutes per day for 6 weeks.
GROUP II: Patients receive primary and oncology care from their doctors as usual.
After completion of study, patients are followed up at 8 weeks.
