This randomized clinical trial studies how well listening to nature sounds work in reducing pain and anxiety in patients undergoing core needle biopsy (core biopsy). Listening to nature sounds may help reduce anxiety, pain, and fatigue during core needle biopsy procedures and enhance the overall experience for patients and staff.

PRIMARY OBJECTIVES:
I. To understand the effect of nature sounds on the technologists that are present in the room during the biopsy.
II. To study the efficacy of nature sound (NS) intervention in reducing psychologic and physiologic stress, along with pain and anxiety, during core needle biopsy (CNB) procedures.
OUTLINE: Patients are randomized to 1 of 2 groups.
GROUP I: Patients listen to nature sounds during core biopsy.
GROUP II: Patients receive standard care during core biopsy.
