This study tracks the results of intraoperative radiation therapy (IORT) using the IntraBeam system in patients with early stage breast cancer. The goal of this study is to be sure that IORT is as good as external beam radiation at preventing tumors from growing back in the breast after surgery.

PRIMARY OBJECTIVE:
I. To characterize outcomes after intraoperative single-fraction radiotherapy after breast conserving surgery, measured in terms of local and regional control.
SECONDARY OBJECTIVES:
I. To characterize patterns of ipsilateral in-breast failures.
II. To measure rates and patterns of ipsilateral regional nodal failure.
III. To measure toxicity rates in terms of dermatitis and fibrosis.
