This pilot clinical trial studies the feasibility and acceptability of a self-care application (app), called Purposeful in improving ovarian cancer patients purposeful living. Life purpose can be defined as the meaning and direction someone has in their life. Improvements in life purpose may reduce feelings of sadness or stress, increase use of health services to prevent health problems, and may lead to generally better health outcomes. This trial aims to determine whether women with ovarian cancer are interested in using Purposeful app, if using the app is related to an increase in life purpose, and if there is a relationship between life purpose and quality of life among women with ovarian cancer.

PRIMARY OBJECTIVES:
I. To assess the feasibility of ovarian cancer patients using an electronic (e)Health app called Purposeful and whether this is limited to specific recruitment groups.
II. To assess the acceptability of using Purposeful among ovarian cancer patients and whether this is limited to specific recruitment groups.
SECONDARY OBJECTIVES:
I. To explore the correlation between using Purposeful, an eHealth app, and life purpose among ovarian cancer patients and whether any correlation is limited to specific recruitment groups.
II. To explore the correlation between life purpose, measured either through Purposeful or a questionnaire, and quality of life among ovarian cancer patients and whether the correlation is limited to specific recruitment groups.
III. To explore the correlation between life purpose and interleukin 6 (IL6) and salivary cortisol levels.
OUTLINE:
Patients use Purposeful app daily over no more than 5 minutes for 6 months and complete surveys about life purpose, work and purpose, life engagement, work engagement, and resilience at baseline and every 30 days for a total of 5 surveys.
