This study collects information on reported pain before and after undergoing a type of nerve surgery called regenerative peripheral nerve interface (RPNI). Some women who undergo mastectomy or partial mastectomy (where breast tissue is removed from the chest wall) experience long-term nerve pain in their chest area. Findings from this study may improve treatment in patients experiencing post-mastectomy pain.

PRIMARY OBJECTIVES:
I. To examine the use of regenerative peripheral nerve interface (RPNI) surgery to reduce post-mastectomy pain and opioid consumption.
II. To demonstrate absence of neuroma recurrence in post-mastectomy patients after intercostal RPNI surgery.
OUTLINE: This is an observational study.
Patients complete questionnaires, surveys, and physical examinations (exams), and undergo ultrasound imaging on study. Patients' medical records are also reviewed.
