This clinical trial examines prehabilitation program (Fit4Surgery) in older women with ovarian cancer. Prehabilitation is the process of enhancing an individual’s functional capacity prior to a forthcoming stressor, such as a major surgery, with the goal of improving postoperative outcomes. The purpose of this trial is to test the effectiveness of a home-based, patient-tailored intervention, Fit4Surgery, to promote physical activity among women with ovarian cancer undergoing neoadjuvant chemotherapy.
