This clinical trial tests the practice facilitation intervention for the implementation of cancer prevention and screening guidelines in primary care settings. This study aims to understand the best ways to support primary care clinics in carrying out quality improvement (QI) projects focused on cancer prevention and screening guidelines. The practice facilitation intervention (implementation strategy package) consists of QI projects designed for primary care providers with a focus on the implementation of existing standard of care cancer prevention and early detection guidelines. This practice facilitation intervention may help guide primary care clinics in QI efforts to improve the use of cancer prevention and screening guidelines in primary care settings.

PRIMARY OBJECTIVES:
I. Pilot test the practice facilitation intervention with each QI project at primary care sites to assess feasibility and inform intervention refinement.
II. Gather feedback from champions and other stakeholders regarding barriers and facilitators to implementation and recommendations for program enhancements and scale up.
OUTLINE:
Participants attend orientation and wrap-up sessions on study. Participants also utilize the practice facilitation intervention (implementation strategy package) with access to a web-based portal with QI project guidance and resources, educational training, and technical assistance as well as remote coaching support on study.
